Residential property prices are on an uptrend, hence shares of realty stocks are up. The Realty index is up by 2.4% from previous close. Consultancy firm Knight Frank has said that that despite sluggish demand seen in residential property markets over the last year, residential property prices are going higher. According to the firm, residential sales in India's top-six cities have fallen 17% in 2014. In Mumbai, where new launches were down 43% in 2014, prices went up by 10% on an average. It also adds that prices are expected to rise further as 2015 unfolds, though a sharp upswing may not be on the cards. They said, “We expect sales of the combined six cities to go up by 4%over the same period last year in the first half. However, the launches will still fall by 4%. There is always an upward pressure in price. We don't see much significant increase in price in the top six cities going forward.” Commercial real estate prices, both rental and on sale, are also rising. That's because new launches have dropped 6 percent in 2014, and absorption, or demand, is up 14%, with vacancy levels shrinking to 17.5%t from 19.6%. Knight Frank says that while the first half of 2015 will see some consolidation by developers, it's the second half that will see them get any actual traction in sales.

Narendra Modi owns a suit which even Barney Stinson would be proud of

Narendra Modi owns a suit which even Barney Stinson would be proud of.
Remember that time Obama and Modi went for an adorable garden walk together and Modi was in a striped suit?

And then they had tea and gossiped about international affairs, and Modi was still in his regular, standard striped suit?

And then they gave a joint briefing to the press and spoke eloquently about US-India relationships… And Modi still wore that boring old striped suit, nothing interesting to see here, move along.

Per usual, they were disgustingly, nauseatingly, AMAZINGLY cute… And both were in absolutely normal clothing.

But wait…

Could it really be…

Holy shit.

Yup, it’s true. Prime Minister Modi wasn’t wearing just any ordinary striped suit. He was wearing a suit striped with HIS OWN NAME in tiny block letters THOUSANDS OF TIMES.

Here it is again, with one complete “Narendra Damodardas Modi” circled in the last panel so you know what to look for.
